Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted.
However, refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged or spoiled products
- Wrong item delivered
- Order not delivered
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Final decision rests with Desi Crunch and the respective vendor.
